Excellent staff and location - they offered a such wonderful stay for a vacation. Loved climate control, TV, coffee and tea making equipment in the room. It was outstanding, spacious bathroom, extremely comfy bed.

We loved the hotel and New York City, had 1 good day there. Very central location just off Manhattan as well as Times Square, it was in a local area.

This hotel was absolutely brilliant and I would definitely come back there. Clean, ideal central venue, I really enjoyed outstanding rooms and FANTASTIC staff. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

Fairly new place, new-fashioned rooms, consistently courteous stuff. I got free upgrade and loved it. Perfect location, 5 minutes' walk to a long-standing department store. My stay was perfectly pleasant here.
